THE ORIGINAL TRACKS. A NEW CONNECTION.
Meet on the
starting grid.
Load your SNES cartridge file, connect a friend, and test live racing on the original F-Zero tracks.
Native ROM mod v0.2 · fast WebAssembly emulation. Shared start, independent racing. Experimental: collisions and race ranking still need validation.
Choose F-Zero (USA). The file stays on your device.

Host on the PC. Both players load their ROM and ready up.
Both racers click Ready to race in the lobby. The PC host starts the shared round. Both cars wait on the grid for the same countdown. Then each device races independently. A crash or disconnection ends only that player’s race. Locking your phone withdraws your car; the other racer keeps going. After the round, ready up again. Your friend appears as the first rival car; the other cars remain computer controlled.
What this build does
The browser applies a native 65816 ROM patch locally. The modified game uses local update budgets, and a patched rival routine reads your friend’s position before drawing cars. Every round has a fresh identity and a shared start. Each device runs its own race while exchanging positions. A disconnected player leaves the race; the other continues. No ROM data is transmitted. Collisions are not authoritative, and there is no dedicated TURN relay. Keep the game visible while racing; host on PC.
